What is it meant by the cloud?
I think it means that this program acts like a cloud for example, everyone can go through it. They can see it. They can work on it at the same time instead of sending it back and forth. So you don't need to make lots of copies and send them you just send one copy to the contacts you want. A maximum of 50 people can work on it at the same time.

What is the difference between cloud and local documents?
The difference between the cloud and local documents is that in local documents people have to make it individual and then sending it to the contacts you want and you have to make a lot of copies.

What are Google Documents?
Google Documents are documents that are in the internet, they aren´t in Microsoft Office Documents or in anything similar, they are in the internet.

What are two advantages and two disadvantages of using Google Docs compared with using Microsoft Office Documents?
Two advantages of using google docs is that up to 50 people can work in the same project at the same time, also that when you want to send it to another friends you just need to make one copy and not lots.
Two disadvantages are that anyone that enters that project can make changes and can do things too it, also that other people may delete.
